Expected Outcomes: In this session, participants will learn critical elements for communicating the charter within their organization and to those external to it. This session will support participants as they refine their charter in the 2 rounds of coaching by:
- Identifying critical communication strategies for a charter
- Understanding best practices that have supported ASU in communication of its charter
- Identification of further charter/values draft edits based on knowledge gained.
