Thao serves as the assistant director – program operation. Thao is based out of the office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and serves as support to the local operations. Prior to joining the team, Thao was a Program Coordinator at the Center for International Education and the Office of International Cooperation at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH), Vietnam National University. Thao has a Bachelor of Arts in English Linguistic and Literature and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Vietnam National University. She earned a post-graduate certificate in Media and Communications Management from the University of Stirling, Scotland.
